Part-Time 16-29 hours per week

We are hiring a Sales Consultant who can confidently run solo shifts, deliver a strong customer experience, and maintain store standards without supervision.

This role requires both warmth and accountability. Most shifts are worked independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a thoughtful, high-level customer experience
• Drive sales through engagement and styling guidance
• Maintain strong store presentation and visual standards
• Support inventory flow and daily operations
• Complete opening and closing procedures accurately
• Manage time effectively during slower periods
• Take ownership of the store during solo shifts

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable initiating engagement
• Ability to read customer cues and adjust approach
• Detail oriented and visually aware
• Self-directed and reliable
• Able to balance customer focus with operational tasks
• Weekend and closing availability required

Compensation
$15–$18 per hour
Monthly store performance bonus
35% staff discount

Assistant Manager

Full-Time 30-40 hours per week

The Assistant Manager models Sales Consultant Standards at a high level while ensuring store operations and presentation remain consistent across shifts.

This is a working leadership role. You will actively sell while protecting standards and reinforcing expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with confidence and accountability
• Drive strong sales performance through example
• Maintain consistent store standards and presentation
• Support inventory management and operational flow
• Reinforce expectations and provide feedback when needed
• Communicate clearly about store needs and priorities
• Protect efficiency, payroll, and daily execution

Qualifications

• Strong sales ability and customer presence
• Operational discipline and attention to detail
• Ability to give and receive direct feedback
• High accountability and follow-through
• Comfortable working autonomously
• Weekend and closing availability required

Compensation
$19–$22 per hour

Clothing Model

This role focuses on presenting full looks in a polished, confident, and natural way that aligns with the Rising aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Model new arrivals and styled outfits for website, social content and campaigns
• Represent the brand in a polished, modern, and relatable way
• Take direction on styling, mood, and overall presentation
• Maintain a professional, punctual, and reliable presence
• Support content shoots as scheduled

Qualifications

• Comfortable in front of the camera
• Strong personal style aligned with the Rising aesthetic
• Ability to take direction and adjust naturally
• Confident, poised, and professional
• Reliable schedule and consistent availability

Experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for someone who naturally embodies the brand and can present clothing in a way that feels effortless and elevated.

Hourly rate based on experience
