Overview

• Pinecrest shifts Monday - Saturday between 9:30am-8:30pm and Sunday between 10:30-6:30. Extended Holiday Hours.

Qualifications

• Must be available weekends, closing shifts and holidays.
• A great sense of fashion, representing Rising Boutique's brand, aesthetic and style.
• Ability to work independently and be pro-active.
• Must be a people person and enjoy developing relationships and building connections with customers.
• Demonstrate dedication, reliability, and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Demonstrate kindness and positivity.
• Must be able to frequently stand and walk throughout the store.
• Must be able to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Understanding the boutique's merchandise and being able to recommend products based on customer needs.
• Completing sales transactions, handling returns and exchanges.
• Deliver the best customer experience by being friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
• Maintain a visually appealing, clean and organized store layout, ensuring products are well-displayed and replenishing stock.
• Foster positive relationships with customers, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process deliveries.
