We’re hiring a Store Manager for our Pinecrest location who is sales-driven, customer-focused, highly detail-oriented, and motivated to take ownership of store performance. This is a hands-on, primarily on-the-sales-floor role, often working independently, with responsibility for the day-to-day leadership, performance, and operations of the store.

You’ll lead by example in sales while taking ownership of the customer experience, team standards, merchandising, inventory accuracy, store procedures, and consistent follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a thoughtful, high-level customer experience
• Drive sales through customer engagement, styling, product knowledge, and relationship building
• Take ownership of store performance and work toward sales goals and key performance indicators
• Lead by example and coach the team on selling, service, and store standards
• Maintain strong merchandising and visual standards
• Own the execution of inventory procedures, including receiving, transfers, damages, restocking, product organization, and inventory accuracy
• Manage POS back-end tasks and identify and resolve inventory or operational discrepancies
• Ensure daily and weekly store standards and procedures are consistently completed
• Identify opportunities or issues, take appropriate action, and follow through on results
• Balance customer experience, sales, merchandising, inventory, and operational priorities
• Partner with the owner on sales, team performance, and store operations

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership or management experience
• Strong salesperson who enjoys engaging customers and driving results
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable with POS, inventory, and retail systems
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Ability to lead with positivity and clarity while maintaining strong standards and accountability
• Proactive, dependable, and self-directed
• Strong visual and merchandising instincts
• Able to recognize what needs attention, take action, and follow through
• Comfortable balancing sales, leadership, and operational priorities
• Weekend and closing availability required, including Saturdays

Compensation + Benefits

• $22–$25 per hour, based on experience

Sales Consultant – Key Holder

$15–$18 per hour + bonus

We’re hiring a Sales Consultant – Key Holder who is confident working independently, enjoys connecting with customers, and takes pride in keeping the store looking and running its best.

This is a hands-on sales role, and many shifts are worked independently. You’ll be responsible for creating a strong customer experience, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and confidently managing the store during your shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a thoughtful, high-level customer experience
• Drive sales through customer engagement, styling, product knowledge, and thoughtful recommendations
• Build customer relationships and create an approachable, welcoming environment
• Maintain strong store presentation and visual standards throughout the shift
• Support receiving, restocking, product organization, and other inventory needs
• Complete opening and closing procedures accurately
• Follow established store procedures and daily priorities
• Manage time effectively and take initiative during slower periods
• Identify and communicate customer, inventory, or store issues that need follow-up
• Take ownership of the store and customer experience during solo shifts

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills
• Confident initiating customer engagement and making product recommendations
• Ability to read customer cues and adjust your approach
• Sales-minded and motivated to contribute to store goals
• Detail-oriented and visually aware
• Dependable, proactive, and self-directed
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to balance customer experience, sales, and operational tasks
• Weekend and opening to closing availability required

Clothing Model

Rising blends modern, of the moment pieces with lasting wardrobe staples, grounded in denim, elevated basics, and easy layers. We are looking for a Clothing Model to represent the brand through in-store photography and social content.

This role focuses on presenting full looks in a polished, confident, and natural way that aligns with the Rising aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Model new arrivals and styled outfits for website, social content and campaigns
• Represent the brand in a polished, modern, and relatable way
• Take direction on styling, mood, and overall presentation
• Maintain a professional, punctual, and reliable presence
• Support content shoots as scheduled

Qualifications

• Comfortable in front of the camera
• Strong personal style aligned with the Rising aesthetic
• Ability to take direction and adjust naturally
• Confident, poised, and professional
• Reliable schedule and consistent availability

Experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for someone who naturally embodies the brand and can present clothing in a way that feels effortless and elevated.

Hourly rate based on experience
