We're hiring a Store Manager who is sales-driven, personable, highly organized, and motivated to take ownership of store performance.

This is a working Store Manager position, with the majority of time spent actively selling and assisting customers.You'll lead by example as a Sales Consultant while overseeing the team, store standards, and daily operations.

Many shifts are worked independently, requiring confidence in managing the store, making decisions, and maintaining standards without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through personalized styling, product knowledge, and customer relationships.

• Monitor sales goals, pacing, and key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion, average order value, and units per transaction, to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Lead, train, and coach the team on selling, customer experience, and established store standards.

• Maintain visual merchandising, floor presentation, replenishment, and overall store readiness.

• Oversee inventory accuracy, receiving, transfers, and POS procedures.

• Set priorities, delegate responsibilities, and verify that daily and weekly tasks are completed accurately.

• Maintain clear team communication, provide timely feedback, and follow through on issues.

• Review store and team performance, customer feedback, and operational trends; provide actionable weekly and monthly recaps.

• Support hiring, onboarding, and staffing needs.

• Take ownership of store performance and daily operations while prioritizing customers and sales.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management or leadership experience.

• Strong selling, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

• Understanding of retail sales goals and KPIs, with the ability to interpret results and identify opportunities.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and dependable.

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.

• Able to independently learn and consistently apply written procedures and training materials.

• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work effectively in a small-business environment with initiative, flexibility, and accountability.

• Comfortable with retail technology; Shopify POS, Slack, or ChatGPT experience is a plus.

• Personal smartphone required for work-related apps; personal Mac or Windows laptop required for administrative tasks.

• Weekend and closing availability required, including Saturdays and holidays.

Compensation + Benefits

• $23–$26 per hour, based on experience

This is a hands-on, primarily sales-floor role combining customer service and styling with team support and daily store operations. 

Many shifts are worked independently, requiring confidence in managing daily operations, assisting customers, and maintaining store standards without direct supervision.

As a small, independently owned business, we value people who are dependable, resourceful, and take ownership of their work.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through customer engagement, personalized styling, and thoughtful recommendations.

• Lead by example and support the team in maintaining selling, service, and store standards.

• Assist with training, coaching, and daily team communication.

• Support inventory accuracy, receiving, transfers, and POS procedures.

• Ensure daily and weekly responsibilities are completed accurately and consistently.

• Identify and resolve issues, communicate concerns, and follow through.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience; leadership or keyholder experience preferred.

• Strong communication skills and willingness to provide and receive feedback.

Sales Consultant – Key Holder

We're hiring a Sales Consultant – Key Holder who enjoys connecting with customers, has a strong sense of fashion, and takes pride in keeping the store looking and running its best.

Many shifts are worked independently, requiring confidence in managing the store, assisting customers, and maintaining daily operations without direct supervision

As a small, independently owned business, we value people who are dependable, resourceful, and take ownership of their work.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through customer engagement, styling, and thoughtful product recommendations.

• Build customer relationships and create a welcoming shopping experience.

• Maintain visual merchandising, floor presentation, and replenishment standards.

• Process new deliveries, including unpacking, verifying merchandise, tagging, steaming, organizing, and preparing products for the sales floor. Maintain replenishment and backstock organization.

• Complete opening, closing, and daily store procedures accurately.

• Assist with social media content, including modeling merchandise and taking in-store photos.

• Take initiative, manage time effectively, and communicate issues requiring follow-up.

• Take ownership of the store and customer experience during assigned shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong selling, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable initiating customer conversations.

• Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and dependable.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

• Able to learn and follow written procedures and training materials.

• Strong interest in modern women's fashion, with an appreciation for denim, elevated basics, and effortless styling.

• Shopify POS or Slack experience is a plus, but not required.

• Personal smartphone required for work-related apps.

• Ability to maintain a consistent, set weekly schedule and commit to assigned shifts.

• Weekend and opening-to-closing availability required, including holidays.
